Roa and Fuentecén
A selection of parcels with great balance, freshness and perfectly healthy grapes. Located in the area of Roa and Fuentecén, at approximately 800 meters altitude, they are bush-trained, grown on slopes with chalky soils and a lot of pebbles. Hand-harvested.

Cold maceration to extract a very lively and intense color, as well as a great quantity of aromas.
Alcoholic fermentation at 24ºC.
Malolactic fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks. The wine is then racked to American oak barrels.
This wine was aged for six months in American oak barrels to bring together its intense fruit with the sweet tannins from noble oak.
Once the semi-crianza had been completed and after extensive tastings of each lot of barrels, the final blending of the wine took place.
After clarification and filtering, the wine was bottled and rested in the winery until its launch.
Very intense cherry red with a bluish rim.
A very seductive wine on the nose, the black fruit overwhelms the senses and is the thread that ties together the freshness and juicy fruit in the wine with the very appealing background of vanilla notes.
On the palate it is agile, tremendously fruity, powerful and very lively. Light tannins of smooth and rounded oak surround the fruit flavors. Balanced acidity with a long finish.
